Heading down to our treatment villa!
SPA AT THE FOUR SEASONS. Yesterday Johan and I were picked up by a buggy at 15.00 to be taken The Four Seasons amazing SPA on top of the hill with a stunning panoramic view over the ocean and the beach! We had a couples treatment so we were together in the treatment villa which was a very lovely and romantic experience! We had their signature hilltop fusion massage and I asked them to focus a lot on my back and neck as those are the parts where I have a lot of tension due to my working position! They used a lot of herbs and oils that corresponds to the date of your birth to balance your hormones. I must say that it really worked, I was so relaxed during the whole session. I was in between sleeping and being awake during the whole time! After the treatment was over we went outside in the outdoor shower to shower off the oils to then go back to the stunning spa lounge where we sat and relaxed for a bit while drinking their special ice tea that I love! This is without a doubt one of the most beautful spas in the entire world!

Igår så blev och Johan upphämtade av en buggy vid vår villa vid 15.00 för att bli skjutsade till The Four Seasons helt otroliga SPA som ligger nästan allra högst upp på kullen med en strålande panoramautsikt! Vi hade en duobehandling av deras signature treatment som en är hilltop fusion massage. Jag bad dom att fokusera på min rygg samt nacke då det är där jag har mycket spänningar pga min arbetsställning framför datorn. De använde speciella oljor samt örter som var utvalda efter de datum vi är födda för att balansera hormonbalanserna i kroppen. Jag måste säga att det fungera, jag inhalerade örterna innan behandlingen började och jag blev så otroligt avslappnad. Jag låg i något sorts mellanläge mellan att vara vaken samt sömn. Efter behandlingen var klar så gick vi ut i deras utomhusdusch och duschade med utsikt över djungeln och havet för att sedan gå till deras loungeavdelning för att dricka icetea och koppla av lite till! Detta är utan att tveka ett av världens vackraste spa!
