Brunch at Eden Roc

BRUNCH AT EDEN ROC. The day after arrival in Miami we woke up early, well rested due to the jet lag, we decided to open up the door to the balcony so we could listen to the waves crashing in on the beach while watching the sun rise in intense red colors. After that we decided to go down to the beach for a walk in the morning sun and after that we came back to the hotel to enjoy a brunch. We tried all the most divine dishes from the menu and my favourite dishes were for sure the belgian waffles, the french toast and the salmon bagels with a Japanese twist to them. What a brunch and what a great start to our South Beach stay! Something we will remember forever!

BRUNCH AT EDEN ROC.
