THE RALPH LAUREN SHOW. One of the highlights during my New York fashion week was by far the Ralph Lauren show. I had been looking forward to it all week long. Such a great pleasure to get an invitation to the show of one of the most legendary designers alive. I have always had a huge love for Ralph Lauren since a young kid so I was more than excited to end the fashion week with such a great show like this.
I was seated front row so I had the most amazing view of the collection being shown down the runway. And it felt more than surreal thatJessica Alba sat just a couple of seats away from me. A great pleasure to meet her in person! I also saw Anna Wintour again, sitting quite close to Linda Fargo and of course Anna Dello Russo. You can see all the videos I created from the show on my instagram@mogis. I fell head over heels for the neon evening gown with gorgeous frill from the waist down. You can see it in the pictures that Johan took from his seat. The collection was inspired by the swinging sixties and he showed a lot of bold colors and color blocking. The cuts were clean and they were all impeccable. It was all in the details. The sunglasses were extremely large and fun, mixing patterns and colors. I would love to wear them! He got standing ovations when the show was done, everyone was overwhelmed with the beauty of his collection. After we got out I was interviewed by a tv crew from Dubai and then I was shot by Marie Claire which was a lot of fun! A fantastic finish to such a fun and inspirational fashion week in New York! THE RALPH LAUREN SHOW. En av höjdpunkterna under min New York fashion week var helt klart Ralph Lauren visningen. Detta var sista dagen under fashion week och förväntningarna var höga. Att ha fått en inbjudan till att se denna visning kändes helt otroligt! Ralph Lauren är verkligen en levande legend. Vilket imperium han har skapat!
Jag fick den stora äran att sitta front row, helt fantastiskt! Jessica Alba satt några säten bort från mig. Var så roligt att träffa henne i verkligheten! Det var även roligt att se Anna Wintour igen som satt en bit från Linda Fargo samt Anna Dello Russo. Ni ser allt mitt material som jag filmade från visningen på min instagram @mogis. Visningen var inspirerad av the swinging sixties. Det visades starka färger och jag föll för en aftonklänning i neon med otroliga volanger från midjan och ned. Den syns på bilderna här nedan som Johan tog från hans plats. Jag blev även kär i de otroligt häftiga solglasögonen som visades. Efter visningen var klar så fick han stående ovationer, alla var helt tagna av skönheten i hans kollektion! Efter vi kom ut från lokalen så blev jag intervjuad av ett tv-team från Dubai och sedan så blev jag fotograferad för Marie Claire. Ett riktigt roligt avslut på en fantastisk modevecka i New York!
