We had such a lovely Jeudi here in Paris yesterday. We strolled around in my neighbourhood Saint Germain des Près, stopping for a chocolat chaud at Le Comptoir that I can highly recommend. A very nice place. After that we went to La Grande Epicerie, probably my favourite place to hang in the city. It is the most amazing grocery store in Paris. Johan made a delicious dinner, different kinds of fresh pasta with filling, crèvre/aubergine and mozzarella/basilico with a delicious tomato sauce and some amazing chopped down sausage in to that. As for aperitif we ate buffala mozzarella, kalamata olives and jambon mangalica. And of course some french wine and baguette to top it all off! Yet another perfect night!
Vi hade en underbart härlig Torsdag här i Paris igår. Vi myste runt på gatorna här i mitt område Saint Germain des Près, vi stannade till på bland annat Le Comptoir för en chocolat chaud som jag kan rekommendera starkt! Efter det strosade vi vidare till ett utav mina favoritställen här, La Grande Epicerie. Världens mest gudomliga matvarubutik! Läskigt dyr men det är det värt! Johan lagade en fantastisk middag, färsk pasta med aubergine/chèvre fyllning samt mozzarella/basilika fyllning. Till detta en gudomlig tomatsås med lite nedhackad delikatesskorv. It was divine. Till förrätt åt vi buffalo mozzarella, kalamata oliver samt jambon mangalica. Till detta blev det givetivs lite franskt vin samt en färsk baguette! Ytterligare en perfekt kväll!
