IMPERIAL PALACE 皇居 IN TOKYO. There is so much beauty to explore in Tokyo, I will travel more and more to Japan in the future for sure, it’s such an intriguing country. During our 8 days in Tokyo we managed to see and do a lot, we fought the jetlag each morning to maximise our days on the city. During our last day in Tokyo we explore the park of the Imperial Palace in the area of Chidoya in Tokyo, where the emperor and empress of Japan lives. We took a long walk in the park and we also strolled by the water surrounding the park. Once again the contrast between city and nature makes itself so present in Tokyo and this is one of the things I love the most about this city, how much they care about nature and incorporating it in the city.
IMPERIAL PALACE 皇居 IN TOKYO. Det finns så oändligt mycket att upptäcka i Tokyo, kommer resa mycket mer till Japan i framtiden, ett otroligt vackert land med så mycket att upptäcka. Under våra 8 dygn i Tokyo lyckades vi ändå få in väldigt mycket vilket jag är glad över, vi trotsade jetlagen varje morgon så mycket vi bara kunde för att maximera dagarna. Under vår sista dag i Tokyo så upptäckte vi the Imperial Palace som ligger i området Chiyoda i Tokyo, det officiella kejsarpalatset där kejsaren av Japan bor. Att vara kejsare i Japan motsvarar en stadschef i europeiskt snitt. Vi tog en lång promenad i parken samt så gick vi runt om parken längst med vattnet. Åter igen så gör sig kontrasten mellan naturen och det intensiva stadslivet sig otroligt påtagligt i Tokyo. Jag älskar att de lägger så stor fokus på att få in grönska i staden.
