FIRST NIGHT IN NEW YORK. Our first night in New York was very calm and cozy, we didn’t have the energy to leave the room except for when we took a fast little walk to one of my favourite spots in Soho with the name By CHLOE, I love their food, especially their taco salad & vegan cupcakes and not to forget their vegan ice cream! Unfortunately it’s a bit too cold for ice cream this time around! We stay at the Nomo Soho located on 9 Crosby Street in Soho, it’s a super chic and modern boutique hotel located exactly where you want to be in New York. Our room is located on the 21st floor with a stunning panoramic view over the city. We have a window over the bed over uptown New York which becomes just like a painting, so beautiful, changing all the time in color and light. You don’t need art on the walls when you have ceiling to floor windows.
We managed to stay awake until 22.00 with episodes of our favourite show Downton Abbey, eating taco salad, vegan cupcakes and drinking lots of tea but after that we fell asleep in 2 seconds, there is nothing better than sleeping in a fluffy bed after a long journey!
FIRST NIGHT IN NEW YORK. Vår första kväll i New York blev väldigt lugn, vi orkade inte lämna rummet förutom när vi tog en liten rask promenad till ett av mina favorit ställen i Soho vid namn By CHLOE, jag älskar deras mat och hennes taco salad samt vegan cupcakes är något jag alltid längtar efter! Vi bor på boutique hotellet Nomo Soho som ligger på 9 Crosby Street i Soho, jag kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell! Vi bor på 21 våningen och vårt rum har en strålande utsikt över hela New York, det känns lite som att rummet svävar på ett moln över Manhattan. Vi har även ett fönster ovanför sängen som blickar ut över uptown och det blir precis som en tavla som förändras efter dygnets alla timmar, det behövs ingen konst när man har head to toe windows.
Vi lyckades hålla oss vakna fram till 22.00 med avsnitt av Downton Abbey, taco salad, te och veganska cupcakes, sen kastade vi in handduken och somnade på två sekunder! En riktigt mysig första kväll i New York!
