Our heavenly bed at The Dorchester in London!
LIVING AT THE DORCHESTER. When you are going to London there are so many amazing luxury hotels to choose from. So for me it has always been very important to be able to guide you readers whenever you are planning your next weekend. The Dorchester truly gives you that feeling that you can escape the big city and get away, even though you are right in the middle of central London. It is the perfect hotel if you are a romantic couple that want to have the best of both worlds, enjoy the buzz of the city but still be able to escape in to Hyde Park that is just next to the hotel and enjoy the peace and quiet there.
Johan and celebrated our 1 year anniversary while being in London and The Dorchester truly took great care of us. We lived in a stunning suite with the view over Hyde Park and Winter Wonderland. We had our very own private butler that took care of us and on the night of our 1 year anniversary the hotel surprised us with a bottle of Champagne and strawberries, such a sweet gesture! I especially remember one night when Johan and I had been out in the city for dinner and just when our cab arrived to the hotel a big thunderstorm arrived over the city and we ran up to our room and made tea and ate chocolate and crawled in to the fluffy bed and watched a movie while we heard the rain pour down outside. Such a cozy memory that I will never forget, you wish you could stay there forever!
LIVING AT THE DORCHESTER. Johan och jag firade 1 år tillsammans medan vi var i London och det var verkligen en otroligt romantisk vecka vi hade. Även fast vi varvade det med möten inne i stan på dagarna så var det övervägande romantik över hela resan och vi testade otroligt många restauranger vilket är en stor passion hos mig samt Johan. Har hunnit dela med mig utav ett par redan nu men ni har även några riktiga godbitar att se fram emot.
Att bo på The Dorchetser är verkligen en upplevelse i sig, vårt rum var helt otroligt magiskt. En vacker svit med utsikt över Hyde Park och Winter Wonderland. Detta hotell är det perfekta valet för det romantiska paret som vill kunna gömma sig i en storstad, det är exakt den känslan man får. Jag minns specifikt en kväll när jag och Johan kom hem från en middag ute och precis när vår taxi kör upp utanför hotellet så kommer världens oväder in över London och regnet vräker ned och åskan dundrar. Vi springer upp till vårt rum och gör te och äter choklad medan vi kurar ned oss i vår fluffiga säng och kollar på en film tillsammans medan vi ser hur det vräker ned utanför. Den känslan kommer jag aldrig glömma!
