Dinner at The Coburg

Freya’s Schnitzel of Wexford Rose Veal served with watercress salad.

DINNER AT THE COBURG. One of my favourite dinners that we got to experience during the presstrip to Conrad Dublin was the one we had at The Coburg which is Conrad Dublin’s newly relaunched and top renovated restaurant with head Chef Dmitry Stroykov in the kitchen. They had prepared a wonderful 5-course menu for us to experience to we got to try some of the top picks from the menu and I must say that the quality was very high all the way through. The dishes were all executed beautifully! The rustic sourdough bread that they served in the beginning of the dinner was beyond delicious, together with the Glenilen farm handmade butter, my oh my! It’s hard for me to pick a favourite dish as I think that all the dishes were really tasty and well made but as the pasta lover that I am I must say that the lobster & prawn ravioli with bisque foam and lobster oil was something that I really wanted to taste more of. The dessert we got to try was divine as well, you need to try it if you ever come to Dublin in the future, the apple tarte tatin with vanilla ice-cream with brandy cream, I love a good tarte tatin! All in all I can highly recommend you to come here for a lunch or dinner if you ever decide to come to Dublin in the future, it will give your tastebuds a wonderful experience!

DINNER AT THE COBURG.
